- SOCIOL 332—Methods of Social Research
- SOCIOL 333—Quantitative Analysis of Sociological Data (taught every Fall and Summer 2)
- SOCIOL 338—Theory and Society
Electives:
- 5 Electives at the 200 level or above. Optional Concentrations:
- Medical Sociology
- Sociology of Work and Organizations
- Sociology of Crime, Law, and Justice
- 1 Senior Research Experience. You may fulfill this by completing one of the following:
- Sociology Honors Seminar I & II (SOCIOL 495S and SOCIOL 496S)
- Research Seminar: Special Topics (SOCIOL 490S-1)
- Research Independent Study (SOCIOL 393)
NOTE: Only 2 transfer credits and no Advanced Placement credits may count toward the major. Majors can only choose one concentration. Students can major or minor in Medical Sociology, but not both.
