METHODS OF SOCIAL RESEARCH

Principles of social research, design of sociological studies, sampling, and data collection with special attention to survey techniques. This is a required course for Sociology majors.

 

Data Analytics and Visualization for Business 

SOCIOL 223-01
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday  5:00-7:05pm (ONLINE)

This course gives students hands-on experience working with and analyzing data. The overarching objective is to discover, interpret, and communicate meaningful patterns in business data. You will learn how businesses use data modeling to understand customers, personalize digital content, develop products, increase efficiency, and make informed decisions. This is a pre-business course.
