Emily Persons Defends PhD.

On Thursday March 26, Emily Persons defended her dissertation entitled: "School Closings, Openings and Restructurings: Implications for Schools and Neighborhoods."  Her committee consisted of: Martin Ruef, Co-Chair, Angel Harris, Co-Chair, Christopher Bail, and Jessi Streib.
