On April 3, 2017, Raphaël Charron-Chénier successfully defended his Ph.D. dissertation titled: “Race and Consumption: Consumer Markets and the Production of Racial Inequality”.
His committee consisted of Kieran Healy (Chair), Stephen Vaisey, Eduard Bonilla-Silva, and Lisa Keister.
